Hosted at the Westin Buckhead earlier this month, the WM Events team coordinated the SalesLoft Rainmaker 2016 conference. This conference was a huge success in terms of brand awareness and identity, not only with the design and decor, but also with the sponsors and guest speakers. Everyone enjoyed the bustling conferences- representatives from Sales Loft, partner companies, all the way to the notorious businessman, Gary Vaynerchuk.
Guests were welcomed by Rainmaker branded BMW i8s when they arrived at the Westin. Once they entered the conference, the first thing attendees saw were 6′ tall SDR letters! Large signage of the weekend’s schedule, along with the daily schedules were placed throughout the space. In the pre-function spaces, sponsors were granted individual branded glow bars or highboys!
The first night consisted of Registration and a Welcome Reception. The Welcome Reception had a guitarist to add some background music to the night of mingling and networking.
To go along with the conference theme, there was even a Cloud Lounge. This lounge was complete with glowing clouds, custom pillows and games. There was even a DJ present to keep the vibe of the atmosphere laid back and fun. And check out the VIP lounge!
The main stage is definitely where we “made it rain.” Large umbrella chandeliers hung over the audience during the General Session and keynote speakers. The stage also had chandeliers, along with an umbrella structure in front of 3′ tall letters of #Rainmaker16. Talk about a thematic stage set! The General Session began with an introduction video and gospel singers, followed by an introduction from the CEO & Founder of SalesLoft, Kyle Porter.
There was no better way to end the Rainmaker 2016 Conference other than to have Gary Vee himself speak his mind and give you his insight. Attendees were even able to meet the man of the hour and get his book signed.
