The WM Events team traveled to the ever so popular Orlando, FL, but not for your average Disney filled experience. While we were at Disney Springs’s House of Blues, we weren’t hosting Mickey Mouse! We designed a completely unique glow party!

Human arrows guided guests toward the entranced of the Voodoo Lounge, adorned with ribbon poles. Once inside, guested listened to a live band while registering and receiving branded, LED crowd sync bracelets. Highboys dressed in brand colors and topped with geometric centerpieces sprinkled the room. Large spandex arches ushered guests toward the main event space, with the help of passed hors d’oeuvres and cocktails.

LED lit highboys topped with neon centerpieces filled the main space with modern lines and color. Arcade and board games, Giant Light Bright, multiple lounges and photobooths allowed guests to relax and enjoy themselves. An outdoor lounge complete with LED palm trees and dunk tank kept the fun atmosphere going all night long!

The stage set was completely glowing with LED cubes and orbs! Black light hit the stage and the back drop of neon geometric shapes glowed behind the band. A balloon drop of blue balloons created the perfect sea for festive inflatables! There was even an LED la hora loca with festive stilt dancers!
