Backyard BBQ Blow Out

What better way to spend an October night than having a backyard BBQ at the World of Coca-Cola?

While attending an Atlanta conference, our clients want to celebrate their companies and their customers by inviting them to a Backyard BBQ at the World of Coca-Cola. 

Guests were shuttled to the event on client buses, and greeted by a lively drumline and thematic stilt-walkers. Pallet wood walls with rustic styling and branding created a unique entrance for attendees to filter through, and then receive branded hats and music activated bracelets. Tiki torches and market lights added a soft light outside as the night went on. Blue gingham splashed over the entire venue from linens to signage, while backyard activities of Jenga, Connect Four and Beerpong were spread throughout. Sponsors’ logos branded charging stations while caricatures of the executive staffs encouraged attendees to participate in getting their own caricatures done.
