These “SmartGarlands” are a sophisticated and environmentally smart way to add color for any event. You can use (AND REUSE!) your SmartGarlands indoors or outside – they are water (and champagne!) resistant. They are printed and made in the USA, and with 10 different color
combinations, there’s one for every event imaginable.
