Hosting their National Dealer Meeting at the Chateau Elan Winery & Resort, this international client is one of the biggest manufacturers of forklifts. Even though their meeting series followed standard guidelines, the vision of design for their events was unlike any other.

The first night was the Welcome Reception at the Chateau Elan’s Winery Pavilion. A blue carpet runner flanked with branded LED light columns welcomed guests into the space, underneath a large scale graphic. The room was filled with pops of blues and greens; from linens to carpet to plants to votive candles- you name it!

Tables dressed in modern linens and sleek white communal highboys filled the room. Trios of color coordinating votives and vibrant orange floral arrangements filled custom branded vases to give an extra pop of that industrial orange the company knows so well!

A central lounge of round white leather furniture, LED light cubes and custom silk-screen printed pillows sat atop blue carpet in front of the stage. Above hung a specialty hoop chandelier creating a focal point from floor to ceiling. Two white modular lounges accompanied with similar accent as the central lounge welcomed guests outside.
