A Texas Throw Down

Saddle up for this multi-day annual corporate conference’s welcome reception that we designed in Houston, TX!

Last year our client went on A Musical Journey in Orlando, FL, this year, they went to Houston, TX for a multi-day conference that was sure to have everyone boot scootin’ on the first night’s welcome reception! The WM Events team traveled to Houston to put all of Texas in the ballroom of the Hilton Houston North! 

Guests were welcomed by over-sized wooden Texas letters, wooden cacti trees and western themed novelties and props! Tables were dressed in bandanna linens and topped with mason jar centerpieces of a variety of wildflowers and cacti. Pool tables, electronic darts and Buck Hunter allowed guests to unwind while networking with each other in festive Western attire. Thematic lounges and decor engulfed the room and completely embodied the Texas theme. Live music filled the air while guests wore fake mustaches and received iron-on patches on branded bandannas right in front of them!
