Spicy and Sweet: Irene’s pepper jelly

Hot pepper jelly has always been a sweet savory specialty of my mother’s. Dapped on warm angel biscuits with butter it’s spicy sweetness warms my soul.

Mama uses primarly jalapeno’s with a few habeneros from her garden, for a little extra heat.
